There is no software installation required using remote support thin client.
For Windows 7 or below, you just need to follow step 1, 2 and 6
For windows 8 or above, you must follow step 1 to 6

1.  click on HERE for downloading the remote support thin client.

 2.  click on "Run"

 3.  click on "Actions"

 4.  click on "More Options"

 5.  click on "Run anyway"

 6. Call us for the 4 digits tech support ID and click on "JOIN"
